The apartment is laid out as follows: on the first floor are two spacious and bright living rooms, the dining room dominated by a masterpiece by the Palermo artist Alessandro Bazan, the comfortable kitchen (with laundry area), the impressive terrace featuring a covered dining area for enjoying meals in the shade, and one of the master bedrooms (with an en suite bathroom and sauna).
