Villa Crilulù al Mare is a beautiful villa located in the heart of Mondello, in a peaceful and quiet area just a few minutes from the beach. The villa is surrounded by greenery and features two beautiful terraces overlooking the garden, which is filled with flowers and plants. The recently renovated villa can accommodate up to 8 people and offers all the amenities and services needed to ensure a pleasant and relaxing vacation. The villa is spread over two floors: the first floor features a spacious living room with a fireplace and TV, a dining area with a comfortable and spacious table, a fully furnished kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, electric kettle, coffee maker, plates, glasses, silverware, and much more), and a bathroom. The stairs in the living room lead to the first floor, where the sleeping area is located, consisting of: three bedrooms with double beds (one of which has a balcony), one bedroom with two single beds and a balcony, and two bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with a tub and shower.

The villa is a 15-minute walk from the beautiful Mondello beach (where there are both public beach sections and beach clubs offering sunbed and umbrella rentals). The area is well-served and features a variety of businesses (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, rental agencies, etc.). Additionally, from Mondello, you can reach Palermo’s historic center via public transportation.
