The triple room Il Capo is located on the fourth floor of a historic building, without a lift. The tastefully decorated room is spacious and features access to a balcony overlooking a characteristic alley. The amenities include a comfortable double bed, a single bed, a wardrobe, a small fridge, a television, a safe and a desk, perfect for working remotely. Completing the layout, a modern bathroom with a spacious shower.



Within Villena Plaza, guests will be able to enjoy the common space furnished with designer chairs and tables.



*The apartment is located in a ZTL zone, we recommend leaving your car in one of the surrounding car parks and enjoying the historic centre on foot.



*In the common area there is a shared kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. The times when it is possible to use it are as follows: 8 to 14 and from 18 to 22.



*Monday to Saturday, daily room tidying is scheduled. Linen change is available upon request, for a fee.



*The rooms are located on the fourth floor of a building without a lift, so they will only be accessible via steep stairs.
