The interior of the house was designed and built according to a rather unique and innovative concept, offering the distinct sensation of being inside a luxury yacht with a sea view.



Upon entering through the main entrance, you’ll encounter the first area of the house—generally reserved for guests—featuring a bedroom with a fold-away bed and a large bathroom complete with a shower. Continuing along the path while admiring the unique glass panels in the kitchen, you’ll reach the kitchen itself (fully equipped and well-organized) and the living area, which is very spacious and bright, thanks to the panoramic windows that bring the natural outdoors into the home. Adjacent to this is the master bedroom, featuring a large raised bed to make room for built-in storage—as is typically found on boats—and a private bathroom with a shower. To allow for natural light and a view of the sea, a glass wall connecting to the living area has been installed.



The home features a beautiful panoramic terrace, with a jacuzzi and a relaxation area where you can enjoy wonderful sunsets in an atmosphere of relaxation and pleasure.
