Staff was SO very helpful- one of the sweetest and most friendly in Palermo! The hotel itself was full of charm and character - a palazzo once occupied by royals, and now converted into quaint and interesting rooms. It is centrally located and easy to access.

Spacious,comfortable room with a fun spiral staircase leading to a little balcony overlooking some of the city. Nespresso machine, water and a little bottle of wine were welcome. Do note there is about a 10-12 minute walk to parking if you have a rental. Very central location in active market community. A bit gritty but I felt safe walking around. Great history all around. Nice breakfast.

We stayed for four nights at the Palazzo Sant Agostino, which is centrally located in the Capo market area. Like much of Palermo, it is a very characterful (shabby-chic) building. Our first night was in Room 7 which is downstairs in the garden area - which was a bit dark and got quite noisy in the morning (as it is underneath where breakfast is served). However the staff kindly moved us to Room 3 on the first floor which was more comfortable. The staff were super helpful overall, providing advice on what to do/see in Palermo.
