An amazing place to stay in the heart of Palermo in one of the most iconic areas of the city. The considered decor of the property is perfectly aligned with the raw artistic beauty of Palermo! I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!

This property is right in the heart of Palermo, close to all the main sights. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our suite had a balcony and it was nice to sit out and watch the street below. Breakfast is a buffet style that you take out onto a little terraced area. Plenty of options to choose from. I would recommend this property if visiting Palermo.

Fantastic staff. Location hard to get to (centro storico, ZTL) but the staff helped guide us to the public parking located outside the ztl -- it required dragging our suitcases over cobble stones through the market, but we survived. Once we were settled, we really enjoyed the hotel with a super helpful and courteous staff.

Staff was SO very helpful- one of the sweetest and most friendly in Palermo! The hotel itself was full of charm and character - a palazzo once occupied by royals, and now converted into quaint and interesting rooms. It is centrally located and easy to access.

We were totally lost when we arrived tired in Sicily and the general manager came to our rescue- literally. Helped us find free parking, helped with permits, recommended beaches and even took the time to explain history of the area. We appreciated so much all the care and generosity she gave. Breakfast was fantastic too

we stayed for 3 nights in the upper floor apartment. Tastefully decorated and spacious with a very welcome outdoor patio space. Happy we found this accommodation, felt perfectly quite, restful, and secluded -away from the frenetic pace of the street markets a very short walk from your door. We shall return, just love Palermo. Fanny and her staff were amazing. We would like to single out Andrea as being exceptional in all ways. All of his suggestions were spot on and he took the time to plan routes and restaurants and reminded us of the professor in Netflix’s Money Heist. Would definitely return.

Spacious,comfortable room with a fun spiral staircase leading to a little balcony overlooking some of the city. Nespresso machine, water and a little bottle of wine were welcome. Do note there is about a 10-12 minute walk to parking if you have a rental. Very central location in active market community. A bit gritty but I felt safe walking around. Great history all around. Nice breakfast.
