A cozy 77-square-meter apartment for 4 people, located on the third floor of a building without an elevator (steps to enter). The apartment is strategically located between the Politeama Theater and the Port, making it an excellent starting point for exploring all the city’s main attractions.

The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and two small balconies.

The accommodations are laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed and flat-screen TV;

- KITCHEN with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, electric kettle, oven, various kitchen utensils, dining table, and access to the small balcony;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, a clothes rack, and access to the small balcony;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heat pump (split system in the bedroom), clothesline, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating period and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Palermo Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For check-ins between 9:30 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 15 from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM;

20 EUR from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM;

30 EUR from 12:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.

Check-in is not possible after 1:30 a.m., even for a fee.



Upon check-in, you will be required to pay the tourist tax in cash, which is €2.00 per person per night.
