A cozy 100-square-meter apartment, sleeping 4 people, located on the 1st floor of a renovated building WITHOUT an elevator. The property boasts a central location (ZTL) in the heart of Palermo’s historic center, just a few minutes’ walk from Quattro Canti, Piazza Pretoria, and the Cathedral.

The apartment consists of a kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and three balconies.

The interior layout is as follows:

- KITCHEN with stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, pod coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, 6 wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils;

- LIVING ROOM with a sofa, 32-inch TV, dining table, and access to the balcony (one step to reach it);

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, and access to the balcony;

- BEDROOM II with a single bed, desk, closet, and access to the balcony;

- BEDROOM III with a single bed;

- BATHROOM with bathtub (raised), sink, bidet, and toilet;

- THREE SMALL BALCONIES overlooking the street.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heat pump (split system in bedroom I), ceiling fan (in the living room and in the two single bedrooms), washing machine, soundproof windows, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian process for registering guests in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

ESummer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Palermo Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For check-ins between 9:30 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 15 from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM

EUR 20 from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM

EUR 30 from 12:00 AM to 1:30 AM

Check-in is not possible after 1:30 AM, even for an additional fee.



At check-in, you will be required to pay the tourist tax in cash, which is €2.00 per person per night.



The apartment is located in the heart of Palermo’s historic center, in an area with all the main amenities (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies). In just a few minutes on foot, you can reach some of the city’s main points of interest, such as Piazza Pretoria, the Royal Palace, the Cathedral, the Church of San Cataldo, and Piazza dei Quattro Canti. The historic Ballarò Market is just 280 meters from the property.

- From Palermo Airport, you can reach the apartment via the Prestia and Comandè bus lines, which arrive at the Central Station. Alternatively, you can use the transfer service (see below).



- From Palermo Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking buses No. 101, 102, or 124, which stop just a few minutes’ walk from the property. Alternatively, you can walk to the apartment in about 10 minutes.



- For those traveling by car, paid parking is available at the Pagano parking lot, located at Piazzetta del Parlatoio, 6, a 5-minute walk from the property. The accommodations are located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL).
