It enjoys a strategic location for exploring Arab-Norman Palermo on foot without needing public transportation.<br>The Norman Palace with the Palatine Chapel, the Church of San Giovanni degli Eremiti, the Cathedral, the Teatro Massimo, and the shopping streets are all within walking distance.<br>The loft, air-conditioned with heat pumps, is laid out over two floors with an internal glass staircase, exposed wooden ceiling, and Velux windows, and is laid out as follows:<br>- kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, induction cooktop, conventional oven, and microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and “Nespresso” coffee machine. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with dishes and everything needed for cooking;<br>- 2 bathrooms (one on the lower floor and one on the upper floor), both equipped with a shower stall, toilet, and bidet, and stocked with towels (small, medium, and large bath towels) and a hair dryer. The bathroom on the lower floor also has a washing machine;<br>- 1 bedroom located on the upper floor with a 32-inch full HD flat-screen TV;<br>- 1 open-concept study with a sleeper armchair;<br>- a living room featuring a wall unit with a 40-inch full HD flat-screen TV and a sleeper sofa.<br>The rooms, which have been completely renovated and are very bright, are cozy, inviting, and comfortable, equipped with heat pumps that function as air conditioners in the summer.<br>The apartment also features two separate balconies.<br>A travel crib for children is available free of charge.<br>The apartment is equipped with a fast 100-megabit “ultrafibra” internet connection, which is very useful for those who use the internet for work.<br>For guests arriving by car, free parking is available in the immediate vicinity, and there are also private garages.<br>Just a 20-minute bus ride away is the beautiful Mondello Beach, a destination for tourists from all over the world.<br>Guest Access<br>The apartment is entirely at the guests’ disposal for the duration of their stay.
