Great location in Palermo but WIFI was MIA

Great location in Palermo. Very quiet apartment situated on a beautiful street. Restaurants on same street. Apartment nicely decorated and modern. We had a package which included internet and tv streaming but was only functional for 2 of the 5 days of our stay. Owner/Manager was not able to have it fixed and did not apply any credit/ discounts for the inconvenience caused to us. WIFI access is a MUST these days and it’s very disappointing not to have it, especially when you paid for it up front.

Ved ankomst var det strømbrudd i hele nabolaget. Ikke verten sin feil, men gjorde seg litt vanskelig med å sette inn bagasjen og låne toalettet etter en dag på reise. Leiligheten var veldig bra plassert i sentrum. Den var stor, lys og god standard. Aircondition virket ikke på soverommet. Vi gav beskjed ved ankomst om dette , men det ble ikke tatt seriøst( og verten visste om at det var tidligere rapporter feil på denne). De supplerte en vanlig vifte, men det var fortsatt 27 grader på soverommet. Vi opplevde også at en vaktmester låste seg inn midt på dagen mens vi var tilstede. Dette er uakseptabelt. Strømmen gikk på dag 3 også, mens vi laget mat. Da var det kun etasjen vår som gikk. Vaktmester hadde tatt med seg nøkkelen til sikringsskapet, så vi gikk timesvis uten strøm og maten vi laget måtte kastes. Dusj batteriet var helt feilt plassert. Stor og god dusj, men vinkelen var plassert slik at den sto midt mot dusjveggen. Utrolig upraktisk. Alt i alt en fin leilighet om alt hadde virket, grei nok vert men alt gikk ikke smertefritt. Plassering var veldig bra.
