A cozy and bright 70-square-meter apartment that can accommodate 4 people, located on the second floor of a renovated building with an elevator (NOT accessible to people with disabilities). The property is strategically located, just a few minutes’ walk from several points of interest, including the Parco d’Orleans, the Palazzo dei Normanni, and the Cathedral.

- BEDROOM with a double bed, 40-inch TV, dresser, wardrobe, and desk;
- BATHROOM with shower stall (slightly raised), sink, bidet, and toilet.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, hot/cold air conditioning (split units in the bedroom and living room), washing machine (in the kitchen), soundproof windows, mosquito screens, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.
All guests must present valid identification upon arrival, as required by Italian law.
For check-ins between 9:30 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 15 from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM;
EUR 20 from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM;
EUR 30 from 12:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.
Check-in is not possible after 1:30 a.m., even for an additional fee.
Upon check-in, you will be required to pay the tourist tax in cash, which is €2.00 per person per night.
The apartment is located a short distance from the Palazzo dei Normanni, also known as the Palazzo Reale, in a quiet area with all the main amenities (pharmacy, supermarket, cafes, and restaurants), outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL). Take a stroll through the city streets, and thanks to public transportation (Piazza Indipendenza is served by numerous bus lines), you can easily reach the city’s main attractions: Palermo Cathedral, the Palatine Chapel, the Zisa Palace, the Capuchin Catacombs, the Teatro Massimo, the Martorana Church, and the Pretoria Fountain. While strolling through the city center, you’ll find charming restaurants, cafes, and pastry shops where you can fully enjoy the distinctive culinary traditions of the city and the region (Pasticceria Cappello, a historic spot famous for its “torta sette veli,” deserves a special mention). The Palermo Palazzo Reale - Orleans train station is just 450 meters from the apartment.
