Unhappy

We were very disappointed. Bed v uncomfortable. Pillows attrocious. 2 po illows had no pillow cases. The shower didn't work properly and the water dribbled. The flat above were noisy and their plumbing pipe ran through the bedroom ceiling so we heard every flush. No tea towels in kitchen. Also we didn't try receive WiFi info until day 2. Overall a great disappointment.
