The best part about this hotel is the LOCATION! it was so close to all the main attractions and completely walkable. The free breakfast is amazing too because it’s a deal with local cafe downstairs. Annabelle is great and really attentive. Very modest and nothing luxury about the room or service but the location makes up for it.

A truly wonderful stay in Palermo. The B&B is set in a beautiful historic building, with tasteful design and an exceptional attention to detail throughout. The location is perfect for exploring the city, yet feels elegant and calm. Annabelle was incredibly friendly and helpful, making everything effortless from start to finish. Breakfast next door in the iconic café was a real highlight and the perfect way to start the day. Highly recommended.

Great location and clean, comfortable room with air conditioning and a mini fridge. The free breakfast is great, you get a coffee, juice and savoury or sweet brioche. Really comfortable bed. Note: we stayed for six nights and we had to request for our towels to be changed on the third day. The hotel is located right above a lively street so can be noisy in the evening. You have to climb a few flights of stairs to reach the hotel so not suitable for people with limited mobility.

Only minus point: 3rd (4th for US) floor without elevator. All the other are great: - breakfast is working with a cafe within a minute walk. Options for coffee, bakery and juice. Love the croissant with pistachio cream. - walking distance to train station and major attractions. - Locate in an alley full of restaurants, had 3 meals there and felt great. The sound proof glass door works great unless you’re very noise sensitive. - Newly decorated and very convenient!

Everything was perfect about the stay except the fact the walls are very thin and not sound proofed in any reasonable way and the room door is a sliding door with no hinges just rollers, and what looks like a not robust door lock. That lack of security (and the fact there is no room safe) means that we would not have stayed there if we had known.

Great place in top location

Newly renovated place situated in the middle of Palermo’s old town. Great service and recommendations from the hosts. Old reviews mention noisy environment, but we were not disturbed at all despite the place being located in a lively alley (sound proofing was great when closing the balcony doors and the rooms have air conditioning).

We had an excellent stay! The location was perfect, with all of the main attractions within a walkable distance and close to great restaurants and bars. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed and had all of the amenities that you could need. The host was very kind and helpful. Thank you for a great stay, we would highly recommend.

Fantastic place to stay

Considering the warnings about the noise we had a fantastic stay. They supply earplugs so had a fantastic nights sleep. Lovely being in the hustle and bustle of Palermo. Would definitely stay again. View from our room in the photos.

Possibly the best place to stay in Palermo. Smack in the historical city, in the Vucciria market itself. Close to everything and a great restaurant in the same house. The only backdraw is, ironically, that it’s in the market: We stayed here over Easter and the music stopped at 5am…..so bring earplugs.

The property was excellent, newly renovated and very clean. It was very well located, walk distance to the city centre and means of transports. The only thing that there were a lot of steps to get to the apartment, there wasn't any lift. It was hard after a long day of walk. Any way, we were very happy to spend our holidays in such a nice property :-)

Good stay

Great place to stay. Only gave it 4 starts because as it's essentially a shared apartment and the communal area just outside the rooms can get really noisy and the main doors are not sound proof at all. The apartment is also on the top most floor to beware if you have many/ heavy bags! Otherwise it was perfect - loved the balcony!
