Beautiful views and delicious breakfast! The room was also very clean and had air conditioning, which was much appreciated at night. The staff gave me great recommendations for things to do for the day before my flight and held my luggage at no additional charge. Highly recommend this hotel experience in Palermo.

excellent hotel. no lift at present so is a bit of a climb upstairs when hot. This is more than offset by the cleanliness of the rooms, very friendly staff and great location. we had to cut short our holiday, due to illness, bit are already looking to rebook to finish off our break and will not hesitate to use this hotel, if available

The room was tidy and spacious with a big bathroom. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They sent us parking suggestions and made sure that our car was whitelisted for the limited traffic zone (ZTL). Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was nice, but nothing too special.

Comfortable room, though even though superior level did not have a view. Staff were very friendly. Quality of fittings was good. Rooftop breakfast area and breakfast were outstanding. Location was great in centre of old town. There was some mold in the shower area which should have been cleaned off.

Views are amazing from the roof! Only gave it 4 stars because the rooms are not as great as pictured BUT they are very clean. FYI: no elevator and lots of stairs so be prepared to lug your bags!
