Great location for walking historic center between both mercati, Ballarò and Del Capoto, up to date rooms, comfy bed, a/c works well, keep in mind that the premises is in the historic center and the area has old sewer system which can cause sulfur odors at first but then dissipates. Definitely recommend

A great find for my short stay in a wonderful central location. Totally clean and spacious, the room and bathroom delivered all needs. Comfortable, air con and heating provided, the hotel also contacted me for arrival time which was great. Breakfast was in a local cafe - basic, but adequate, with wonderful Cathedral views for Palermo, just 75 metres away. Would book again.

The main drainage was probably blocked and there was a strong, unpleasant smell coming from it. The bathtoom was not very clean. The walls also were not clean . I don' t suggest it for someone who has problem in sleeping cause it was very noisy. The street is noisy from early in the morning until late at night and the room has no soundproofing.

Great location, but very noisy rooms. The B&B is located at a secondary school ovelooking their outdoor gym/play area. Breakfast at nearby cafe - vouchers coveret approxh half the costs.

We loved the location of the property. We had arrived early and the room was ready if we wanted to pay extra but we decided not to. The location is what sold the property to us- very convenient as we were only there for one night and wanted to see as much as we could. There’s lots of restaurants and bars nearby as well as little shops and of course the cathedral is opposite and we had a lovely view of it from our room.

Family Vacation, Perfect location

We had two rooms for 5 days. Perfect location in the middle of Palermo. Santos is very friendly and speak English very well. The rooms are very clean and spacious. We had the room with the view to the cathedral. Very nice view to wake up to in the morning. We had a rental car and manage to find parking in the surrounding neighbourhood. We had several day trips from Palermo. We can highly recommend to stay here. Did I forget to mention the best ice cream in Sicily is just around the corner. The only thing that we missed in our room was a smal water cooker to make coffee/the in our room. Kind Regards Stolle family 🇩🇰

The location was ideal. It was very clean, quiet and the owner was friendly. Our room did not have a city view or any real view at all. The window was in one corner with an air conditioning pipe going through it. The toilet had a pump system which was noisy and the shower tray filled very quickly. The beds were comfortable and the room was cleaned daily. Overall it was good but would have been even better if we'd had a window with a view.

Nice week in very noisy place

The place is nice and the location is great. The view on the cathedral is beautiful and the room is clean. The staff is nice, although at first sight they seemed a bit unwelcoming. It was clear they were just busy. Later, they were nice. However, the room needs significant improvement concerning noise isolation. It was impossible to sleep. A lot of voices from people outside. Once they finished there was heavy noise, something like restaurants cleaning up or preparing for the day after and street cleaning. It continued all the night. I think it’s a good place for heavy sleepers. For all the others, I would not recommend it.

When we arrived you had to walk up a narrow staircase. The person that checked us in didn’t offer to help with our luggage. The narrow staircase was very difficult to go up with our luggage. I almost fell backwards several times. It was so noisy that it was very difficult to fall asleep through out the night. Around 7 am the noise started even more louder. Monday and Tuesday children were going to school and the noise from them was really bad. When they started school you heard from the floor above us like furniture dragging across the floor. Checking out again no offer to help with our luggage. Would not stay there again. Would not recommend it!

Location is prefect but property sound proof is non existing. Very noisy in the morning. The staff and service is disappointing. Informed arrival time but no one was there. Need to message and call but still no reply. Need to wait at entrance for 15 mins. Later was asked to pay cash and said credit card payment not working. When mentioned I don’t have enough cash, the staff requested me to go withdraw cash from machine. Total paid is more than what quoted in Expedia website. And never return change as in assuming “keep the change” although it is not much but should have return the change and only keep it if the guest say so. Overall bad experience

Habitación espaciosa y limpia con vistas impresionantes. El baño en muy buen estado. El chico fue muy amable y nos dejó dejar las mochilas en la recepción después del check out ya que nuestro vuelo salía tarde y así podíamos seguir paseando por la ciudad sin cargar peso. Lo único molesto es que el check in es un poco tarde.
