Newly refurbished, smart and comfortable room set in an old building in a great location. The area is nice and quiet at night and the building has a little garden courtyard to relax in anytime. Breakfast is a small selection but good quality food and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We really recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to Palermo!

We had a wonderful stay and would happily choose this hotel again. Our suite was spacious, beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, with everything we needed to start the day. A special thank you to Carlotta, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. She truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The only minor downside was that our suite was on the third floor and there was no elevator. We were aware of this when we booked, so it wasn't a surprise, and it certainly wouldn't stop us from staying here again. Overall, an excellent experience. Highly recommended!

Great location, close to the central train and bus station and around the corner from the Ballaro market and main tourist areas. Communication from Carlotta was great and she gave us some great recommendations and was very welcoming The rooms are lovely and well designed with everything you need and good powerful showers. The room was very spacious, and the private hot tub along with the outdoor area were great perks. Carlotta was very kind and helped me with all my questions and concerns. There are plenty of shops nearby, and it’s conveniently close to both the bus and train stations. This is the perfect area to stay if you want to be right in the center of everything!

The room size and cleanness is good. Original I stayed at a room which is on the first floor, facing the road side. I cannot even sleep for the whole night as the traffic outside woke me up every 15 mins. It is a terrible time. Luckily, the helpful staff moved me to another room which is quiet. I think that room should not serve guest anymore as it is not possible to sleep with such a noice traffic outside.

The Manager, Michela, was absolutely wonderful and made our stay special. She made sure we had gluten free pastries each morning and she smiled through our endless requests for help. We hadnt traveled internationally in a long time and she was patient snd sweet. The rooms were very comfortable and the garden was as a nice treat. The propertyvwas just a 9 minute walk fromthe Quattro Canti so very convenient for shopping and dining
