The apartment is centrally located in an area with plenty of amenities, about an 8-minute walk from the Zisa Palace and Gardens, and a 15-minute walk from the majestic Palermo Cathedral.

The interior layout is as follows:

- KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric kettle, toaster, blender, hand blender, espresso pot, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, dining table with chairs, and a balcony with a railing;

- BATHROOM with shower stall (raised), sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning via split-system inverter units (2 units), washing machine, hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating period and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Palermo Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For check-ins between 9:30 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 15 from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM

EUR 20 from 11:00 and 12:00 a.m.

EUR 30 from 12:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.

Check-in-in after 1:30 a.m., even for a fee.



You will be required to pay the tourist tax in cash at check-in.

- From Palermo Airport, you can reach the apartment by train, getting off at the Palermo Palazzo Reale-Orleans station, which is about a 15-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can use the transfer service (see below).



- From Palermo Central Station, you can reach the apartment by bus. Take the bus from the “Stazione Centrale Pensilina Esterna” stop and ride to the “Michele Piazza” stop, about a 5-minute walk from the property.



- If you’re traveling by car, free or paid parking is available near the property (NOT guaranteed and cannot be reserved).
