El vecindario no es muy limpio, pero en su defensa Palermo tampoco lo es. Ciertamente no hay que caminar mucho, porque la ciudad no es muy grande. El apartamento necesita algún mantenimiento. A La cabina de la ducha le falta una puerta. Los muebles en la terraza están rotos. Cómo "penthouse" no califica. Pero si necesita dos habitaciones y el precio y lugar le parece bien , puede alquilarlo , el manager Giorgio, es muy amable y nos permitió hacer el check in antes de la hora programada.
