Good location, near Piazza Castelnuovo, where the main pedestrian road, Via Ruggero Settimo, begins. Several buses stop nearby. The hot water was rather unpredictable: quickly changing from lava-hot to ice-cold.

A lovely stay

We had such a lovely stay. Cleanliness was top tier and the room was extremely comfortable with lots of space and high ceilings. The host was very kind and we felt very welcome.

The problems started when I got there late and couldn’t get in as the telephone number provided didn’t work I had to wait for 15 minutes as someone left to get in The person in charge didn’t know any English and communicated by google translate I was given a room with a private bedroom which was 50 yards down the corridor not ideal for a man in his sixties Although it says b and b in the title the property has no breakfast provided The room itself was adequate but the b and b is located on a busy road and the road traffic, constant car horns till 1 o’clock in the morning was really annoying didn’t get much sleep so be aware The bathroom had a musty smell and there was no hot water There is a notice by the shower to let the shower run to get it hot but in all the time I was there it never worked and had to have cold showers The room was not cleaned and the bins emptied in all 6 days I was there The location was ok a 10 minutes walk to the historic centre In all a very disappointing stay and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone looking to stay in Palermo

Posizione centrale, vicino a negozi, bar e rosticcerie e fermata della "metro" Palermo Lolli. Vicino anche a diverse fermate del bus (che a Palermo praticamente non passano e non seguono orari certi, ma questo non è certo colpa dell'host). Quartiere sicuro e tutto sommato pulito rispetto ad altre strade della città che sono sporche e piene di rifiuti. La stanza era confortevole, apprezzata la presenza del frigo. Consiglio di pulire/sostituire più spesso il bollitore per il té perché era pieno di calcare. Dal bagno ogni tanto arrivava un cattivo odore di scarico di risalita. Andrebbe sistemato meglio anche il miscelatore dell'acqua nella doccia perché usciva acqua o troppo calda o troppo fredda. Per il resto, stanza pulita e comoda. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Was ich schlimm fand, war, dass es im Zimmer kein Bad gab, d.h. in der Nacht mußte man mit Schlüssel über den Gang rennen. Zimmer abschließen. Bad aufschließen. Bad zuschließen Zimmer aufschließen. Am Tag auch, aber die Nacht war nicht schön. Steckdosen 1 vorhanden, etwas wenig. Lage u Sauberkeit ordentlich. Der Hotelbesitzer kann kein Englisch, kein Französisch, nur Italienisch, ging mit Googleübersetzer, aber etwas unverständlich.

Bellissimo soggiorno, stanza spaziosa e bagno molto grande e pulito, la gentilezza dei proprietari è la ciliegina sulla torta. Disponibili e pieni di premure.
