Beautiful 2nd floor apartment in amongst del Capo, but just off of a side street that takes you away from the hustle and bustle of the market allowing you to enjoy the tranquility of the apartment. Stunning high ceilings and light fixtures, tons of space and the luxury of two balconies which allow you to watch the world go by. Kitchenette with everything you need and a large dining table to eat at. We'd definitely stay again as it so close to the sights, sounds, smells and tastes of everything Palermo has to offer! The hosts were very communicative and friendly too.

Beautiful and convenient!

The apartment was lovely. We had a short stay but all our needs were met. Great location to the markets and good food! It was a bit challenging to find by car, but walking was easy. Domenico was very helpful!

traumhafte Altbauwohnung in zentraler Altstadtlage

Domenico ist ein wahnsinnig freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der Checkin um 2 Uhr nachts war kein problem, Transport vom Flughafen hat er für 45€ gleich mit organisiert und reichlich Lebensmittel und Kaffe standen auch schon für uns im Schrank bereit. Kommunikation lief trotz Sprache problemlos ( wenn Englisch vermiss springt auch mal der freundliche Neffe Cristian ein) Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau- Traum , bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man für einige Tage länger in Palermo benötigt. Das klapp - Sofa ist als Doppelbett absolut tauglich , Internet funktioniert und die Waschmaschine auch . Die Lage ist hervorragend , wenige Minuten von der Fußgänger Einkaufsstraße entfernt , die Kathedrale liegt ums Eck und der Markt mit köstlichen italienischen Tapas beginnt fast direkt vor der Tür. wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen !
