The interior layout is organized as follows:

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating period and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Palermo Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.
For check-ins between 9:30 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 15 from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM;
EUR 20 from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM;
30 EUR from 12:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.
Check-in is not possible after 1:30 a.m., even for a fee.
Upon check-in, you will be required to pay the tourist tax of €2.00 per person per night on-site.
