Property is a colonial style courtyard series of large rooms. There is no traditional Hotel Services and the Propert is extremely difficult to find. You MUST locate the #60 on a fenced property as there is No Signage and only a 1” x 3” hand written note of the name of Corte del Merlo. The external area is very dark and a little worn. Access is a secured entry that requires you to press a button. Eventually someone comes to the Iron Fence to let you into the property which is very pleasant. Parking is across the way and expect to pay at least 15Euros plus a tip. There are lots of restaurants etc.

Buona residenza moderna e calma

Anche se non centrale in quanto si trova nei pressi dello stadio tra il centro e Mondello è una residenza di recente ristrutturazione ben collegata e nella calma di un piacevole giardino interno sicurizzato. La nostra era una suite in mansarda delle dimensioni di un monolocale curato e dotato di tutti i conforts

Corte Del Merlo

Ett väldigt fint hotell som ligger ganska centralt i Palermo, 10 minuter med buss från stadskärnan och 10 minuter med buss från den underbara stranden Mondello. Hotellet ligger i ett kvarter som erbjuder många resturang alternativ och en otroligt fint café några meter från hotellet. Rummet var väldigt fint och rent med mycket väl fungerande AC om man tycker att det blir för varmt. Skulle absolut rekommendera det här hotellet och skulle definitivt kunna tänka mig att stanna här en gång till. 10/10.

Ottima struttura, zona abbastanza silenziosa e tranquilla. Riguardo la pulizia purtroppo ho trovato dei capelli sul muro della doccia, cosa che non mi ha fatto molto piacere 😅. Per quanto riguarda la comunicazione con i proprietari è stata abbastanza difficile in quanto oltre alla signora che ci ha accolto all'arrivo non avevamo la possibilità di parlare con nessuno, quindi per ogni informazione dovevo chiamare un numero al quale mi ha risposto un ragazzo che mi ha sempre saputo aiutare. Prezzo buono, bella camera.

Problemi già all’entrata poiché non esiste nome o targhetta sul citofono. Camera graziosa ma con un materasso decisamente datato e scomodo. Bagno nuovo ma con problemi di fognature considerato l’odore persistente. Nel complesso sicuramente migliorabile. Piacevolmente tranquilla.
