Bright and modern apartment with terrace, located on the second floor of an historic building.



The apartment consists of a large, well-equipped kitchen, overlooking the furnished terrace. The living area includes a dining table, two sofas and television. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both with queen size beds, and a third bedroom, also with a queen size bed, equipped with a mezzanine used as a study. A bathroom with shower box and a second bathroom with bathtub complete the layout.

Take cleaning materials for the terrace and ear plugs for the noise. Sadly the terrace does not look like this picture; there are no cushions on the sofa (leaving metal struts), most of the plants have died (despite an watering system) and there is black mould on the chairs. It has not been swept or cleaned in a long time. So the very place we wanted to enjoy - and the reason we booked this apartment and not others - was unusable. Happy to provide pictures.....We notified Wonderful Italy and whilst the broken kettle was replaced quickly, the cracked cups (one leaking hot liquid), broken lights and of course the issues with the terrace, were not. We were there for 5 nights.We had apologies from (I suspect AI) Wonderful Italy, but no answer yet to our complaints about the terrace. Not even an acknowledgement since we got back. Seems their AI is not up to contact after return....We were prepared for city noise (we live in the centre of one!) but not prepared for the loud techno music from the square that started mid/late afternoon every day and rose in volume between then and midnight. Ear plugs if you go to bed before 12!

The apartment was spacious and well laid out. The terrace was very nice and peaceful, although the cushions do need to be replaced. The location was excellent! Very centrally located and steps away from restaurants, and sites to see. Definitely would book again.
