We had a lovely stay, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was brilliant, everywhere was walking distance and the rooms were quiet. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. Would definitely stay here again, thank you to the lovely lady at reception!

Perfect location in the historic centre of Palermo, close to ”must see sights”. Friendly staff, clean room and a good working AC (quiet). Also close to the marina and som nice bars, restaurants. Best way to get to the hotel is either by taxi or uber. Breakfast is also good with bread selection, juice, coffee, yoghurt, fruits, cheese, ham etc and some greens and eggs. Reccomend!

Very clean room. Perfect location that is very close walking distance to everything like sights/restaurants in Palermo. We were here during a heat wave and after our stay in Palermo, we visited two different five star hotels in other locations. The air conditioning at this stay in Palermo was by far the best and kept us very cool after walking around quite a lot. We kept wishing our other hotels had an AC that worked as great as it did here! It was amazing for a cool break in between activities in town and with how central the location is , it made for a great trip to Palermo!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Palermo here. The location was excellent - close to everything we wanted to explore, yet still comfortable and relaxing. The owner and staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They really made us feel at home. A very welcoming and friendly hotel. The location is ideal with short walks to all city centre attractions, but on a quiet side street so rooms are quiet. Breakfast is basic but good. All the staff were willing to help make our stay perfect. We didn’t feel it was hot enough to use the air conditioning as there was plenty of fresh air available from the large opening windows.

Excellent value for price. Very warm and helpful staff (and owners). Breakfast was also excellent - ample with many sweet and savory items including excellent coffees. Superb location with easy access to many restaurants and sites. Minor issues were shower water does not get hot enough and had to unplug a lamp to be able to power electronics. No elevator but only one or two flights of stairs to climb. Air conditioning functioned well, and very nice touch providing a bottle to refill filtered water at our convenience. Would definitely stay again.
