Welcome to our urban retreat, an apartment that embodies the highest level of elegance and comfort.

Located on the main floor of the historic Palazzo dei Conti Majorca (with an elevator), behind the Cathedral, just 350 m from the historic Capo Market, and within walking distance of: Palazzo Normanni-Cappella Palatina, Teatro Massimo, Teatro Politeama, and Quattro Canti.

You’ll find a comfortable king-size bed and the best amenities: A/C, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry area.

✔ The apartment opens onto a large living room illuminated by floor-to-ceiling French doors that allow natural light to flood in, creating a cozy atmosphere thanks also to the red Sicilian marble flooring;

✔ The living area also features comfortable, high-quality sofas and armchairs that frame a half-grand piano from the early 20th century.

✔ The built-in kitchen is equipped with all major appliances and utensils (including a microwave, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine) and enjoys exceptional natural light thanks to two spacious balconies where you can sip a coffee or an aperitif while enjoying a view of the cathedral.

✔ The wooden staircase leads to the loft level, where you’ll find a relaxation area with a sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring gray marble.
The large loft area culminates in the master bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, two walk-in closets, and a built-in wardrobe, whose placement ensures complete soundproofing from outside noise.

We care deeply about the safety of our young guests and the peace of mind of their parents, which is why we’ve installed a child-proof railing on the mezzanine balcony and a safety gate on the staircase. A travel crib is provided, and you can leave your toys at home—we’ve got that covered!

✔ We’re right in the heart of Palermo’s historic center: the street where the apartment is located (named after the Norman nobleman Matteo Bonello) runs alongside the Archbishop’s Palace (home to the Diocesan Museum) on the left and the Cathedral on the right.

bell towers of the two buildings, connected by two large arches and home to the Cathedral’s magnificent main entrance.
