What a wonderful hotel! We had an amazing stay here and the location is unbeatable (3min walk to Theater Massimo). The room was perfect with a balcony, a really comfortable bed, and an amazing shower. The staff was fantastic and so helpful. 10/10 for me, no complaints and we will stay here again the next time we are in Palermo.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alma Hotel. The number one reason was the staff, they were very friendly and so helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed had 4 foam pillows. The breakfast was a full Italian style with salami, cheese, pastries, cereal, fruit and more, plus a machine that made many types of espresso, even decaf! The location is in a nice area within walking distance to the historic center of Palermo. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location, near everything. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent. Parking very difficult, but that is true everywhere in old Palermo. They have a good valet service though. Bed is foam - a bit soft for us and quite hot, but it worked. Overall a great place to stay

The staff were fabulous! The room was somewhat spartan and it was always clean and cared for. It would have been helpful to have a light in the closet and at least one more wastebasket would have been helpful so that there would have been one in the bathroom and one near the desk/bed. Gabriel was a fabulous manager and helped in ways that were above and beyond while I struggled with a sprained ankle.
