The "Le terrazze sul Golfo" villa is divided into 3 independent apartments located in Addaura, just a few kilometers from downtown Palermo and 500 meters from the sea.
The apartments vary in size, can accommodate 4 to 8 guests, and offer an enchanting view of the Gulf of Palermo; on clear days, you can see the island of Ustica from the beautiful terraces.

The “Mondello Apartment” is located on the second floor of the “Le Terrazze sul Golfo” villa, featuring spacious outdoor areas for exclusive use and a wonderful, relaxing view of the sea.
It features two spacious double bedrooms, a sitting area with a TV and a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people.

A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a table and a high chair for children if needed.
Two bathrooms and a washing machine outside, with a clothesline, iron, and ironing board.
A large terrace with a gazebo and sofas, plus a barbecue for grilling to your heart’s content. From one of the balconies, a staircase leads to the upper terrace, where there is a jacuzzi, a bar area, and another barbecue.
Air conditioning is available in all rooms.
From the villa, you can reach the beach on foot in just a few minutes; the distance is 500 meters. In this area, you’ll find only rocky cliffs, but swimming is still safe; for those who prefer sandy beaches, you’ll need to head toward Mondello—the nearest beach is less than 2 km away.

You can reach downtown Palermo by car, or take the bus from a stop located not far from the villa that goes directly to the city center.
The distance from Palermo is 12 km.

A tourist tax of 1 euro for the first 5 nights is due in cash upon your arrival. The tax does not apply to children under 16 years of age.
