Ideally located for family vacations at 150 m from the beaches, shopping facilities (bakery, a grocery store, a newsagent, etc). This transversal single-floor house at the left bank of a peaceful district or Palavas-Les-Flots, is very enjoyable and functional. Its 60-sq.m garden terrace, surrounded by trees and shaded by a magnificent plane tree, is completely fenced in and can be closed by key (the children's security is guaranteed). At the entrance we have: a veranda converted into a small bedroom (7 sq.m) with a 90-cm bed. On the left: - A 10-sq.m bedroom with a 140-cm bed, a 90-cm trundle-bed, a cupboard and a bedside table. - A shower room with shower cabin and storage units, a separate toilet with shelves - Another 14-sq.m bedroom with a 140-cm bed, bedside tables and storage cupboard. On the right: - A large living room of 40 sq.m and an open 6-sq.m kitchen equipped with a lots and lots of dinnerware, storage closets, a fridge-freezer, a large oven, a 4-hob cooker, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The living area has a table and chairs, a large piece of furniture, a sitting corner with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, TNT cable television, a DVD player, wireless internet and so on. This room opens onto the shaded terrace (garden table and chairs, barbecue). On the floor, white tiles. Undersheets, pillows with pillowcases and blankets are available on site. Upon request we can graciously provide a travel cot, a stroller, a high chair or a bathtub. Important: Reservations only from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 11 am. We accept holiday vouchers, bank cheques or bank transfers. Possibility: Transport from/to the Montpellier railway station or airport, or grocery shopping on request. For rent all year around, per week or month. Not included in rent: - The end of stay cleaning. Fixed rate of €120 if this was not carried out by the tenant - People older than 13 years pay a €1.01 tourist tax per night - Sheets and towels for rent (optional) - Water and gas by EDF.
