What a magnificent view! We couldn’t have named it anything else.

A breathtaking view—that’s the first feeling that washes over you when you’re in the apartment. From your couch, your eyes lose themselves in the endless blue of the Mediterranean, and you find yourself thinking…: “This is so nice!” Down below… the beach, but you’re in a special spot… maybe you’ll head down there…



Because you’ll want to just relax in the apartment. A magnificent view, a terrace where you can lounge “facing the sea” in complete privacy. A kitchen that invites you to prepare dinner—because tonight, there’s no need to go to a beachside restaurant; the show is right in front of you. One bedroom for the parents, one for the kids, and a sleeper sofa for friends who might come visit me. So I promise, I’ll go for a swim later!



Nicolas and Alexandra have entrusted us with their 65 m² dual-aspect apartment, which is fully air-conditioned. Kitchen with a glass-ceramic cooktop, range hood, washing machine, dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator and freezer, table, and chairs. Living room equipped with a TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, large storage closet, and a 1.5-seater sofa bed (135 cm wide). Children’s bedroom equipped with two pull-out beds (2x90 cm wide) and a desk. Master bedroom with a king-size bed (160 cm wide) and a large closet. Bathroom with a shower, sink, and washing machine. Separate toilet with a hand sink. Fully air-conditioned apartment located on the 3rd floor with an elevator. Municipal parking at the bottom of the street.



We loved: its breathtaking view of the sea, a beautiful renovation, high-quality amenities, a large terrace, elevator, and air-conditioned apartment.



The apartment is equipped with every comfort. Free high-speed internet. Wi-Fi. Television. Bus: Line 131 to Palavas; buses run hourly to Montpellier. By car: Take the Montpellier Sud highway exit. Montpellier Méditerranée Airport is 10 minutes away. Paid street parking available. Please download “Waze” for directions.

Bon point de départ pour visiter l'Occitanie

L'appartement est décoré avec goût mais un peu défraîchit. La proximité de la plage (juste en face) plaira au amateur de soleil, celle de villes comme Montpellier, Nîmes, Gué-du-Roy… plaira aux visiteurs, la cathédrale de Maguelone et Aiguës-Morte au féru d'histoire… Mais si la localisation de l'appartement en lui-même est proche du centre de Pavalas, l'environnement manque clairement de charme.
