Beautifully renovated room and bathroom, very clean, comfy bed and sheets. Lovely little balcony. Kitchenette was fully equipped. Highlight was the gorgeous pool, with loungers! Breakfast was included, though it was the the same everyday,it was good. Staff were accommodating and very helpful. Use of A car would be recommended to stay here. The on site restaurant was so so….it would have been good to easily dine in Palau .There are only 6 taxis in Palau, and they charge 25€ for the 5 km trip into town. The value for the price we paid was excellent though.

We stayed at this property for 7 nights. First night the a/c stopped working and the staff informed us they could do nothing about it. The next day we asked to change our room as it was as 33+c and we had two small children with us and had booked their property because of the availability of a/c and WiFi. We changed rooms the next morning and then there was no WiFi although advertised for the property. We could not access it anywhere on the property and asked for some sort of compensation as we could not even work remotely as originally planned. We were told nothing could be done about the WiFi either and instead they offered us a dinner or a breakfast compensation at their restaurant which didn’t work for us we had dinner reservations at a nice restaurant for our last night already and were leaving early morning for the airport. Hotels should not advertise amenities which are not available or not working and then do nothing about in terms of customer service.

Staff was extremely friendly. Big kudos to the check-in process and information provided. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Beds are very comfortable and AC in every room is appreciated. Unfortunately this hotel, in my opinion, is not close to be a 4 star hotel. This created expectations that were not fulfilled. The facilities looks a bit abandoned and old. The apartment was old, especially the toilet looks very dated. There are a lot of wasps around, so dinner outside is impossible. The fact that they place the recycling bins at the balcony makes the wasps problem even worst. I would suggest placing the recycling bins far from the apartments. The large pool you see on the pictures is closed, even mid summer. So don’t expect it to be open during anytime. The only open pool is quite small and crowded. The worst experience was the garbage team hitting our door very hard while we were sleeping to collect garbage. The kids were scared and I woke up in rush thinking there was a fire or something. Please don’t hit guests doors before 10:00 as we are on vacation and are allowed to sleep as much as we want. Off the gusts do not answer, come back later, don’t keep hitting harder and harder.

Séjour très agréable

Très agréable, calme, propre, belle vue. Belles balades aux alentours. Piscine, terrain de tennis. Personnel très aimable et à l’écoute. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, le choix au juste besoin, la vue de la terrasse très apaisante, parfait. Nous n’avons pas testé le restaurant pour les autres repas.

Nette Anlage - gut durchdachtes Konzept.

Wir haben das Hotel nur eine Nacht genützt, deshalb sind unsere Eindrücke nicht so aussagekräftig. Der Empfang gegen 21.30 Uhr war prblemlos. Die Parkplatzlösung in der Anlage war super. Die Anlage ist anscheinend so konzipiert, dass man sein Auto direkt vor dem Appartement abstellen kann. Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht. Unseren Guten Morgen Kaffee haben wir uns in der Hotelbar geholt. Zur Anlage gehört auch ein kleiner Supermarkt.
