Le Saline Palau

We enjoyed our stay at Resort Le Saline . We were only in Palau for 2 days at the end of September so we didn’t get to take advantage of all of the amenities but we’d definitely select this place again. The villas were clean and comfortable, the kitchens had the basic necessities for cooking/ eating in (plates, glasses, utensils, coffee maker, stove, refrigerator etc) and there is a washing machine to do laundry if needed. The outdoor space surrounding the villa is also quite large with beautiful view of the water in the distance. Maddalena at reception was incredibly friendly and warm and shared a number of suggestions for the area. The on-site Mali bar was a great place to grab a cappuccino and breakfast before heading out for the day. It’s about a 7- 10 minute drive to downtown Palau where you’ll find many restaurants and shops. Overall, we enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

My daughter had ants in her bed, and when I asked about a refund they laughed in my face and then as I was walking away, I could hear them saying, “Where are these people from and world they live in, thinking they can get a refund for ants in their bed?” So then I walked back and we had a screaming argument so the entire campground could hear us.

Das HĂ€uschen war schön gelegen und von außen charmant, innen allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Möbel und Ausstattung wirkten veraltet und teils abgenutzt. Die Ausstattung war eher spartanisch – nur ein Handtuch pro Person fĂŒr 7 Tage und keine Reinigungsmittel fĂŒr Wasch- oder nur zwei Tabs fĂŒr die GeschirrspĂŒlmaschine, was den Aufenthalt etwas unkomfortabel machte. Kleinigkeiten, die sich summieren und fĂŒr den Preis etwas knauserig wirkten. Die Umgebung und das GrundstĂŒck waren jedoch ideal fĂŒr unseren Hund – viel Platz und Natur (Garten eingezĂ€unt!). Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren sehr freundlich und der Empfang war herzlich. Auch die Kommunikation vorab lief reibungslos. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt mit Hund, trotz kleiner AbzĂŒge beim Komfort.

Absolut traumhafte Lage. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung ist zwar nicht vom Feinsten, fĂŒr Ferienzwecke aber ausreichend. Von der Sauberkeit her, dĂŒrfte Einiges besser sein. Als wir Kleider auf eines der oberen Regale im Schrank legen wollten, mussten wir vorerst eine dicke Staubschicht wegputzen. An der Seitenwamd der Duschentasse hatte sich Schmutz angesammelt, was sehr unangenehm war. Aber ansonsten.....wĂŒrden wir auf jeden Fall wieder eine dieser Villen buchen.

The house was big enough, super clean and well-located. Unfortunately the restaurant and bar were not opened in Apr and we were not informed about this. Daily basis we had to drive to Palau to find food or restaurant. Which is fine if we know this in advance

Logement correct mais pas au niveau du prix pratiquĂ© et de la dĂ©nomination subjective de « Resort ». La notion de « plage » est toute relative, je nommerai plutĂŽt cela comme un « accĂšs mer » car la plage n’est pas privĂ©e et envahis par les occupants du camping voisins sans compter les nombreux bateaux au mouillage qui n’utilisent probablement pas leurs cuves Ă  eaux noires.... L’absence de piscine n’est pas non plus en rapport avec le prix de la nuitĂ©e ainsi que le niveau de restauration qui de plus n’est pas disponible le soir...

Waren hier mit 3 Kindern von 10 bis 18 Jahren und Hund. War der optimale Urlaub fĂŒr uns! Schönes Haus mit Meerblick und großem Garten, Zugang uber Waldweg zum Strand. Garten mit Grill und Haus komplett ausgestattet und sauber. Am Strand ein exklusiver Garten mit Liegen und weißen Sunbeds unter BĂ€umen oder Sonnensegel. Die Liegen werden zugewiesen und sind inkludiert. Wir wollten die sunbeds, der Aufpreis war es uns wert! Tolle Stimmung an der beachbar mit leckeren Snacks und coolen Drinks, feine Lounge Musik im Hintergrund. Der Strand in kleiner Bucht nicht Überlaufen, kristallklares tĂŒrkises Meer

Bad weather.

The weather was really bad when we were there , so much rain and constant string wind, so it is difficult to rate this place. But the bungalow was nice and seemed new. The double bed was very comfortable, but the single beds were hard as seems to be the preference in Sardinia. There was a narrow garden around the bungalow which was private at the back with sun loungers, a BBQ and an outdoor shower. The beach would have been nice in good weather and the beach bar garden behind it affords protection from the wind and is very nice. Friendly and helpful staff.

Die Lage ist wunderschön Es ist sehr ruhig, aber mit dem Auto kommt man schnell ins nahe gelegene Palau und zum Surfen nach Porto Pollo Die Bettdecken waren leider sehr dĂŒnn und ungemĂŒtlich. Die sollten gegen ein paar wĂ€rmere ausgetauscht werden. Aber man kann die Unterkunft beheizen. Das ist im FrĂŒhling sehr gut

GerĂ€umige Bungalows (unser mit Panoramablick auf die Bucht) mit noch relativ neuer, wenn auch eher einfacher Ausstattung. Betten zu schmal fĂŒr 2 Personen. KĂŒchenausstattung könnte vollstĂ€ndiger sein- z.B. eine Kaffeemaschine fĂŒr eine Tasse Kaffee. Sehr schön die Außendusche. HandtĂŒcher gibt es am Strand- fĂŒr den Bungalow allerdings nur einmal pro Woche. Die Bungalows liegen ca. 3 km von Palau entfernt- daher ist ein Mietwagen ein Muss. FrĂŒhstĂŒck wird am Strand angeboten- allerdings haben wir uns stets morgens selbst versorgt. Segel-und Surfschule, zusĂ€tzlich mit Kanu und Bootsverleih, im benachbarten Campingplatz. Es gibt keinen Pool. Betreiberpaar ist sehr nett und versucht auf die WĂŒnsche der GĂ€ste stets einzugehen. Ebenso freundlich sind die Mitarbeiter an der Strandbar.

Une villa de rĂȘve

Accueil trĂšs chaleureux et en français. J'avais rĂ©servĂ© une villa avec 1 chambre et 1 canapĂ© lit...pour le mĂȘme prix et sans rien demander, nous avons eu 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain !!! Excellent. Absolument rien Ă  redire sur la propretĂ© intĂ©rieur de la villa et l'entretient des extĂ©rieurs. Au calme, vue magnifique sur la mer. Tous les Ă©quipements de confort (douche chaude extĂ©rieure, TV satelitte, machine Ă  laver,....). En conclusion, rien Ă  redire...si, une machine Expresso et l'on frise la perfection !!!

mooi huisje, prachtig uitzicht.

een mooi huisje dichtbij de zee. Jammer, dat het toeristenseizoen vanaf 1mei begint. Als je voor 1 mei wil gaan, dan is er weinig tot niets open. De restaurants, strandbar, zwembad, winkels, zijn nog niet open. Handig om te weten voordat je gaat boeken!

Tolle HĂ€user, super Service!

wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Die HÀuser liegen sehr ruhig und haben eine tolle Aussicht. Zu der Anlage gehört ein sehr schöner Strand. Allerdings ist man auf eine Auto angewiesen, da es in der direkten Umgebung nichts gibt. Mit dem Auto ist man jedoch in 5min in Palau!

Excellent House in Beautiful Environment

We visited Le Saline in June. The atmosphere was serene and enjoyable, the beach wasn't to crowded. We defenately recommend the place.
