Villa Muneca is located close the beautiful beaches of Playa de Tamariu and Aigua Gelida, on the Costa Brava litoral.
This beautiful property has a stunning sea view with a large grass garden, this space hosts the swimming pool with a unique views on the Mediterranean sea, a terrace with sunbeds for relaxing, the barbecue area where to prepare delicious meal for all the family and friends, a table and chairs for the dinner outside.
Just few steps we move inside the bright living room with sofas, TV the fireplace and the dining area with table and chairs, there is also the fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary for cooking, like the coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and the washing machine.

Villa Muneca is developed on three floors, on the upper floor we find two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom , they are spacious and bright with a very special and characteristic decor, one room has a double bed the other one has two single beds, at the lower floor the third bedroom with two single beds and en suite bathroom, the kitchenette and the open dining area.

The guests will appreciate the wi fi connection and the private parking inside the property, this is the ideal place where to spend a relaxing and peaceful holiday in Costa Brava.

Rental rules
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
Safety fence around the pool, or fenced on demand
Pool has no swimming guard

The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
