House located in a privileged area with spectacular sea views. It is situated on the coastal path between Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell, considered one of the most beautiful and charming areas of the Costa Brava.



The house is divided into several levels that include a living room with fireplace, 2 suites with shower, double bed (180x200cm) and balcony with sea views, a chill-out area (single bed 90x200cm), 2 double rooms (2 beds of 90x180cm in each), a room with bunk beds (90x190cm) and a room with a single bed (90x190cm). It also has a large fully equipped kitchen (gas hobs, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave), 1 bathroom with bathtub and another with shower; 2 toilets.



The house is surrounded by large terraces with beautiful sea views, private garden and garage. It has an alarm system. ONLY rented to families.



This house is located in Llafranc, one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Brava, known for its beautiful clear and crystal water beach, its pine-covered promenade and its nautical port. In Llafranc's restaurants, you can taste different dishes while enjoying beautiful sea views.

A few walking metres away, we find Calella de Palafrugell, a beautiful fishing village and one of the most charming places on the Costa Brava.
