Villa located in the Aigua Gelida urbanization with an unbeatable location just 1.5km away from the Gelida cove and Tamariu beach. Spectacular panoramic views of the sea and the entire coast!
 
The house consists of a pleasant and spacious dining area and living room with a central fireplace and exit to a terrace with a wonderful sea view. Here you can enjoy the sun and soft breeze in the private garden.
Back to the property we also find an independent fully equipped kitchen that leads to the laundry.
 
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed and the fourth bedroom has a single and a bunk bed. There are also two complete bathrooms with a shower and a toilet.
 
The property also has access to the sea via stairs.
