Cosy apartment with a spacious terrace overlooking the sea, just a few minutes' walk from the marvellous beach of Calella de Palafrugell.



It is located in a very peaceful community with a large swimming pool and two smaller pools for children, a spacious and well-maintained garden, and a children's area with games and a football field.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, and from the terrace, you can directly access the community area with the swimming pools, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.



The spacious and bright living room, which can be accessed directly to the terrace, features a fireplace, television (smart TV without antenna), a comfortable sofa bed and dining table, all decorated with great taste creating a welcoming atmosphere so that the guest can enjoy their stay even more.



The independent kitchen is equipped with everything necessary: cutlery, frying pans, crockery, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee makers (a Nespresso and a traditional screw-top one), oven, dishwasher and washing machine.



There is a bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a built-in wardrobe and another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200) and a built-in wardrobe. The apartment has a full bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
