Beautiful attic flat (50m2) located 350m from the lovely and peaceful beach of Calella de Palafrugell, close to restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Ideal for a family holiday on the Costa Brava!

The flat is one of three completely independent apartments in a large house. This apartment is located on the second floor, without elevator and has a maximum capacity for 4 people.

It has a beautiful furnished terrace with sea views where you can enjoy breakfast and meals in the sun.

The apartment has a living-dining room with fireplace, tv and direct access to the terrace. Open fully equipped kitchen: cutlery, pans, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven and washing machine. The main bedroom has a double bed (150x190cm) and the second bedroom has 2 single beds (90x190cm). It has a bathroom with a shower. Outdoor parking included.

Pets accepted on request. Youth groups not allowed. Optional heating (50 €/week). Optional WIFI (30 €/week).
