You have a living room with a fireplace, television and access to a pleasant terrace with a table for 6 people to enjoy breakfasts or meals in the sun.



Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils included: cutlery, frying pans, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.



It consists of 1 en suite bedroom with 1 double bed (135x180) and dressing room, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (made up of two single beds of 90x190) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190), 2 bathrooms (one en suite).

The apartment is very spacious and in a good location but a few negatives unfortunately. There was no wifi at the property, we eventually picked up a mobile router from the agency 4 days in.There is only aircon in the main bedroom, if the door is closed to the bedroom corridor and you don’t mind having all of the bedroom doors open it is strong enough to keep the bedrooms cool. There are 2 large, loud dogs in the apartment downstairs, a couple of mornings they were whining and barking from very early but I understand there was a family issue. Having said that they bark every time you enter the building and some people might find this unnerving, especially children. Kitchen equipment is old and random crockery but manageable. Outdoor furniture needs replacing. But there are hairdryers there despite having to take my own as the agency said there was none.

Appartement au premier étage d',une maison, très lumineux, proche de la plage et d',une supérette. Idéal pour 6 personnes car de taille généreuse. Équipé correctement en électroménager et vaisselle.
