This hotel is a two minute walk to the airport. The room was a typical Holiday Inn room. Comfortable beds and spotless. We had a late dinner in the pub/restaurant. The food was delicious. Definitely stay here again

The first rule of customer service is be friendly to your customers. My wife and I walked out. The girl never even acknowledged us as we left as too busy on her phone. Good management would spot this poor behaviour. Poor and I wouldn’t have this if I ran a hotel.

Ideal to stay at prior to a flight. Hotel is a bit dated. Doors slam shut if guest doesn’t hold to close it so this created noise. Breakfast buffet was decent but expensive at £12 pp. Again, it’s ideal for a night prior to a flight as it’s literally across the road from the Glasgow airport terminal building.
