The hotel was great, although saying walking distance from airport is a little misleading. Some sections there was no path and had to walk on grass via busy road to get there - not so easy with luggage!

The staff was exceptional, but the beds are horrific. The first room the mattress springs popped and squeaked. We moved to another room and the mattress was quiet but very hard. We prefer Marriott hotels because of the reliably comfortable beds but these were not what we were used to. No pillow top and a very thin mattress topper. Could also feel the metal cord around the edge of theattress in both rooms just sitting down. This was unacceptable. We went to a new hotel without so much as opening our luggage.

I have a sensitivity to scents (fragrances and perfumes). I'm not sure what cleaning products were being used because it was everywhere - lobby, my room, dining room, hallways. This resulted in a headache during my entire stay. The staff didn't seem to be bothered by it and I don't know if they passed along my concerns to management. I was left with the impression that since no one else has commented on this, they were not taking it seriously at all. This was my third hotel I stayed in in the country and did not encounter this anywhere else. Needless to say, I will not make another reservation there on account of that.
