On the ground floor, you’ll find one bedroom with a double bed; upstairs, there’s another double bedroom and a room with 2 single beds. The house features a fully equipped private kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, plus a TV, washing machine, and a baby cot. There’s a bathroom with WC on the ground floor and an additional WC upstairs.



Enjoy your own 200 m² landscaped, south-facing private garden, with an open terrace and barbecue. The enclosed garden offers outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a peaceful setting to relax or dine al fresco.



On-street parking is shared. Events are not permitted on the property.



You’re just 50 meters from the sea and 100 meters from the beach and a seawater pool. Paimpol’s historic center, marina, and shops are 800 meters away. The cleaning fee covers only the supply and washing of bed linen and towels; it does not replace daily cleaning. Please leave the house as clean as you found it on arrival (including kitchen, cooktop, and bathrooms).
