Efficient, warm and friendly check in. Francette is a very hospitable and helpful host. The kitchen was superbly equipped, the living areas were beautifully kept. The bedrooms were cool in the air con and very comfortable.The most amazing thing about the whole experience was the pool and that view,! Just wow. We really didnt want to leave.

Stunning views and very friendly host

Very comfortable, with an amazing pool and beautiful views across the vineyards. Lots of space and different places to have coffee and drink rose! Very well maintained and equipped. Lovely terrace for BBQ and nice garden. Pailhes is well located near Beziers and lots of other activities. A/C is a real bonus in hot weather. The host is incredibly helpful and accommodating. We would highly recommend this property for a lovely relaxing holiday.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances chez Francette. La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée. La piscine est très bien. Francette est très accueillante, elle entretient la piscine régulièrement. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Grandios

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen, am Ende einer kleinen ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Lage am Ortsrand bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf die Weinberge. Hier könnte man auch mit einer Familie wohnen. Großzügiger Küche-/Ess-/Wohnbereich. Davon abgetrennt der Schlafbereich mit einem größeren und zwei weiteren Schlafräumen. Zwischen den letzteren beiden ist ein kleines Duschbad mit Toilette, von beiden Zimmern direkt zugänglich. Gegenüber dem größeren Schlafraum ist ein großzügiges Bad mit Dusche, Wanne und Bidet. Eine separate Toilette ist noch im Eingangsbereich. Eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Zwei Terrassen und der Pool bieten ausreichend Flächen zum Relaxen. Francette ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die unterstützt und Tipps gibt. In den Nachbarorten gibt es gute Gelegenheiten zum Einkaufen. Fazit: wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit hier, Wiederkommen ist fast Pflicht.
