The stay in this property was very nice. The owner is very friendly and absolutely delightful. She answered all the questions and helped with the laundry as well The suite (2 bedroom) was more than sufficient for our family of four (4 adults). The beach is a 5 minute walk away, and in 10 minutes you will get to a plethora of dining options. There is a convenience store a minute away. And the neighborhood was quiet during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed Paihia and the stay here

I think this property is more suited to much younger people than my 72 years. I didn’t realise this when booking. No television in room not good. Also the base of the shower was very slippery when wet. Lovely man at reception.
