Happy place to stay

It's very good location with the sea view and very friendly service. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious . We had have memorable time there and our dogs were very happy with holidays.

Stayed 2 nights in twin room. The room was small ,however it had everything we needed. There was tea/ coffe/ hot chocolate available in the room that was replenished daily. The room was warm as we were top floor, but there was a fan provided which was very welcome. The bathroom was very small, and you may find a struggle if on larger size, however like rest of property was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to order and really good.

Oh I do like to be beside the seaside

Good location for what we wanted, parking outside was handy. Room too warm but it was a particularly warm weekend. There was a fan but we did have to improvise a stand to make it blow where was needed. Breakfast was filling and freshly cooked, veggie breakfast available and continental style as well. Staff were friendly and welcoming, bathroom a bit on the snug size if you were friends staying together rather than a couple, but beds were comfortable.

A wonderful hotel across the road from the beach. Check in was very easy, the gentleman was happy and informative. The room had everything we needed including a fan, clean, well kept and beautifully simple. Very quiet at night, with a comfortable bed, breakfast was brilliant with multiple choices, cooked quickly and the chef was great. The garden was great especially in the evenings and the bar was reasonably priced. All the staff we met were happy to chat or recommend a place to go. Check out was simple with space to keep our luggage for the rest of our day. Planning to go back with family already

Hotel in good location. Walking distance to shops and pier. Great check in friendly staff. Room but small. Bathroom very tiny smallest I’ve ever been in. Ok for one night . Beds super comfy. If you have mobility issues stairs might be an issue lift only went up one flight

Basic but perfectly situated

Hotel was perfectly situated, lovely staff. Our room was very basic and compact but was fine for our short trip. Decent price for location. Could have done with a shelf in the bathroom. Could be in the process of doing up rooms as downstairs looks lovely and modern. Would stay here again if I did another overnight stay in Paignton

Fresh,Bright & friendly

It smelt amazing as we entered, everything was so clean and looked fresh, The manager was so friendly and offered lots of information about the hotel, and made you feel very welcome. The room was small but adequate and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and nothing was to much for them, we were booked into a different hotel for our 2nd night but would of loved to have stayed her for that night, they did offer to try sort out our other booking but I had already paid that company. We will definitely be staying here again when we come this way again

It was our first time to Paignton which we loved. We received a very warm welcome and received recommendations of where to go and eat. The hotel and the room was extremely clean. The breakfast was fantastic and very good value. We were extremely lucky that we managed to get parked at the hotel. There is free parking on the road in the evening up to 8am. However be aware that we saw a traffic warden soon after 8am. This hotel is very good value and we would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel next to Paignton beach

We had a great stay. Well equipped hotel, wonderful staff, fantastic view, very clean and close to the beach. Very warm welcome, lovely cosy room. The breakfast was fabulous, the best we've had for a very long time, if not, the best ever..!! Highly recommend this hotel. Well done everyone.!
