We were very pleased with accomodations and location. The staff was very professional and courteous. I am disappointed with Hotels.com. I realized I made a mistake in the dates for my reservation within minutes. I saw that I could change the dates...not cancel...and would not be penalized according to what was on Hotels.com site. I made the change to the weekend before within minutes and immediately contacted Hotels.com and Wyndham to let them know my mistake. I was VERY disappoited to see that my credit card was charged for both weekends. Wyndham said it was the responsibility of the booking agent, Hotels.com.

The place was good! And clean. Our only complaint was that things just seemed to be falling apart. The screen for one of the patio doors fell off, the metal security lock from inside the unit came off and the garbage can lid broke.

Great welcome desk. Nice room. Everything clean. Our only disappointment is that the resort suggests they have a rec center with a pool, hot tub, and extensive weight room. What they actually have is a SHARED rec center with the community which closes to guests on holidays and at certain time for residents only (high school practices or local lap swim).

The Wyndham Welcome Center was disguised as the north pole. Decorations were everywhere inside and out. Hot chocolate, coffee, and a friendly staff completed the transformation. We were professionally checked in and provided a detailed map and a QR code for our rental. We stayed in the Eagles Lofts which are private homes lining a lake. Beautiful views of the mountains from the home, especially from the two balconies. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus loft were plenty large enough for 8 people. The kitchen, dining area, and living room were well furnished with a huge table and a coffee table that we used for games. Conveniences included a dishwasher, washer, dryer, and a large storage area that was perfect for storing all of our gear. The storage area was accessible from the inside and had an access door to the covered parking area. We loved not having to lug our gear around and thanks to the covered parking there was no clearing snow off the vehicle in the morning. The roads were kept clear and sanded at all times which we also appreciated since we had early mornings. We will continue to stay at Wyndham properties as we have for over 30 years.

Loved the room. Separate from the bedroom and the kitchen. The only thing was the mattress in the living room couch was very uncomfortable and so was the couch. The staff was awesome as well as the front desk. One thing everyone should know is they do want $250 also in case of damage but you are not told that when you book the room so beware. They even dressed up the front office and desk for Christmas it was beyond words gorgeous.
