Located in Twincreek Village, this home includes a gourmet kitchen, a formal dining room, and a breakfast nook, plus five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a family room with a separate office/sleeping room, a TV, a pool table, and a second kitchen. The primary bath has a large jetted tub. The outside hot tub is located under the deck which also includes a brand new gas barbecue. This home has free WiFi and five bedrooms, the primary bedroom with a king bed, two guest rooms with queens, another with two twins, and the last room with a twin-over-double bunk.

Passes to the rec center (offering a pool, a state-of-the-art gym, racquetball courts, and more) can be purchased for a nominal fee.

THINGS TO KNOW
To access the rec center, guests must obtain a sponsorship letter from the local office and pay the rec center fee.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
