The hotel was clean, but the bed was horrible, when you sat on it you sunk down and hit the bottom board. The continental breakfast was a lot to be desired, there was no water to make your instant oatmeal, the milk was gone and there was nobody around to fill the empty items.

Very clean facility great staff, stayed here 26 years ago when it was a HI franchise and tbh nothing much has changed. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars are the beds are in need of newer mattresses but they were fine no issues just a little springy for me.

We had a fantastic stay! We were simply looking for an affordable overnight spot while attending a play at the Pagosa Springs Center for the Arts, and this place turned out to be perfect. We arrived before check-in and the incredibly kind front desk staff allowed us to check in early, which gave us time to enjoy the hot tub, so relaxing. Our room was surprisingly spacious, and the large bathtub was a wonderful bonus. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations for the price: clean, safe, quiet, and in a great location. We would absolutely stay again!
