You'll love this 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhome - all one story and fully furnished . This is in the exclusive Whispering Pines Townhome project which rarely come available. Walking distance the Rec Center, Grocery store, restaurants and more. The kitchen has a 4 stool bar and gas stove/oven. Each bedroom is a nice size and master has it's own ensuite. Beautiful open floorplan with vaulted ceiling in living room. The fireplace is a floor to ceiling stacked stone gas light. The sliding glass door leads out to a nice size back patio that is open to the manicured back yard which is maintained by the HOA paid by home owner. Sit out back during the fabulous summer evenings and enjoy our blue skies and fabulous sunsets. Two car attached garage and laundry room / mud room. This is a ideal size to make your own special getaway safe and relaxing while serving the community.
