Lakewood Village is a quiet, wooded Pagosa Springs neighborhood near Pagosa Lakes, local groceries and restaurants, the golf course, and the San Juan National Forest. It offers mountain living with mature trees and wildlife, while Wolf Creek Ski Area is about 45 minutes away.

Enter through the front door with the provided keypad code. The garage is available for guest use. Please remove shoes upon entry and close the garage door behind you during winter months.

With three well-appointed bedrooms—one featuring a king bed and the other two with queen beds. This home comfortably accommodates your group for a relaxing retreat.

Surrounded by natural beauty, the home is located in a quiet residential area known for its generous lot sizes, mature trees, and frequent wildlife sightings. You’ll enjoy clear starlit skies at night thanks to the absence of streetlights, creating a true Colorado mountain living experience.

Inside, the layout is spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a comfortable living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and modern conveniences to make you feel right at home. The home allows 1–2 well-behaved dogs (under 40 lbs.), provided they are kenneled while you're out and accompanied when you're home.

Despite the peaceful surroundings, you're just a short drive from grocery stores, local restaurants, hot springs, and outdoor recreation. Whether you’re here to explore the San Juan Mountains or unwind in nature, this townhome offers a warm, welcoming base for your Pagosa Springs adventure.

A car is recommended, especially in winter. Wolf Creek Ski Area is about 45 minutes away; local groceries, restaurants, golf, Pagosa Lakes, and outdoor recreation are a short drive. Check 511 for current road conditions.

Age requirement: due to local laws and HOA rules, guests must be at least 21 years old to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire stay.

Heating and cooling: the home has central heat and air conditioning. The heat thermostat is on the right side after the coat closet. The A/C controls are on the wall between the primary bath and kitchen, across from the stairwell. Ceiling fans are in several rooms, and standing fans are in the closet. To conserve energy, please adjust the A/C when you leave and reset the cooling to 75 degrees when you depart.

Weather and altitude: Pagosa Springs is at high altitude, so drink plenty of water. Expect snow in winter and make sure your vehicle has 4-wheel drive. Refunds are not issued for weather unless approved in advance by management.

Pets: a one-time pet fee of $40 applies, with a limit of two pets. Pets must weigh 40 lbs. or less and be kenneled when you are out of the home.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is $15 per hour, which helps us prepare for the next guests; please contact the property manager to confirm availability. Unapproved late check-out may result in denied access to the property.

Parking: trailers are not permitted anywhere in the condo association, and parking on the grass is prohibited. All vehicles must be parked in designated spaces; violators may be towed at the owner's expense.
