Overall, I had an average experience here. My shower had rust in it, one of the lamps in my room didn't work, and neither did the digital clock on the nightstand. My room was quite dim since one of the lights was broken. The breakfast was average as well. Their wasn't much variety, just scrambled eggs, sausages, bread for toast, juices, coffee, and packets to make instant oatmeal. Nothing special really and the breakfast area was messy and disorganized. The seating area was very crowded as well. The one thing I did really like was the balcony attached to the room with a beautiful view and the surrounding area is beautiful as well. For what I paid for this stay, I personally don't think it was that great and probably wouldn't come back

Safe parking, well lit lot. Breakfast typical moderate hotel scramble eggs, mini waffles, juices, toast donuts, bagels muffins. Sausages, but I would like bacon. It was good for a fast breakfast.

I wanted to share some feedback about my recent stay. Upon check-in, the receptionist appeared quite grumpy and unwelcoming. We tried to make light conversation and even asked if he was alright, but his attitude didn’t change. When we asked about a trolley to move our luggage, we were told they had all been taken by other guests — which we understand — but no offer of assistance was made. Once in the room, we noticed a musty smell, and the bathroom had visible mould in the corners of the shower. Additionally, the shower tap dripped all night, even after tightening it as much as possible without risking damage. Overall, this experience did not meet our expectations, and I wanted to bring it to your attention in case improvements can be made for future guests.

I stayed two days and got two rooms. I found two bugs in one room, one is the spider in the bathroom and the other was milipede in the bedroom. I ask a staff to switch room so they gave me another room. The last day morning, after I ate breakfast aound 7:00am and return to my room but they already change the key lock so I couldn’t get in

Overall a pretty good stay! There was a dirty sock left under our AC unit, but everything else was super clean. The room was incredibly spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of options, however you can't bring any of it back to your room. Me and my husband had to take turns eating downstairs because our toddler was napping. Slight annoyance, but overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The room could have been cleaner. The smoke detector was hanging fun the ceiling, the remote for the tv didn't work, there was still toilet paper stuck in the peep hole from the previous guest, and a towel in the bathroom had makeup on it vein a previous guest.
