Service needs to have a smile

The man that checked me in was rude and abrupt. Not the friendliest welcome after a long day of driving. The staff the next morning was not very friendly either, but at least they were polite.

Generally ok; staff willing to solve problems. Our TV experience was terrible. Of 49 channels on their printed list, we could access about a dozen. Staff could not get the TV software to "re-scan" all channels or fix the problem. The remote was the most unusable I've ever had to contend with. There was no window shade pull down for privacy but one was brought up and inserted. Black out shade ok. Won't stay here again.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful when the property somehow didn't get my reservation from Expedia. They worked to chase down the issue and got me in my rooms quickly and kindly.
