Floors in room were sticky and I could hear my upstairs neighbors very clearly even though they were just walking and speaking in low volume. GREAT location, nice staff, easy in and out and close to horseshoe bend but a sticky floor is hard to look past. I believe we were in 222, if there is a carpet replacement budget available.
