Chose this hotel based on pictures and Hyatt brand. Biggest complaint was that the bed was so uncomfortable that we couldn't sleep. Light pouring in around the "blackout" curtain and mechanical noise! Overall this hurt our view of the brand enough that we decided that we would choose differently for the next 2 nights.
