We reserved two rooms for one night—Room 1: Suite (Non-smoking) and Room 2: Two Queen Beds (Non-smoking). Upon arrival around 10:00 p.m., we were informed that the Suite was unavailable due to overbooking and were given a regular Two-Queen room instead. The front desk assured us that the rate would be adjusted to reflect the downgrade. The next morning, I spoke with Assistant Manager Rose, who said she would follow up by the end of the day, but no update was ever provided. Despite this, my card was overcharged, which is incorrect and unacceptable. I was extremely disappointed by the inconvenience, miscommunication, and failure to honor my confirmed reservation.
